Position Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled paralegal who has at least 1-year of experience working within commercial property in a paralegal or legal assistant capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of assisting a solicitor on a mixed commercial property caseload, involving acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and secured lending.


Key Responsibilities:

· Assist a Partner with their varied caseload of property matters, including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and secured lending.

· Prepare and draft legal documents.

· Conduct property searches

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.

· Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.

· Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the property sector.


Qualifications + Experience:

· At least 1-year of experience working in commercial property.

. Achieved a law degree from a UK university.

· Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial property matters.

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
