A Cardiff-based firm specialising in Commercial Property is looking for Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established practice with significant experience handling complex commercial property transactions across a broad client base.

This firm's clients range from individuals and small businesses to large corporate organisations, and their work covers a wide spectrum of commercial and investment property matters.

The Role

You will provide paralegal support on a varied and interesting caseload, assisting solicitors in the sale, purchase, and management of commercial property. The role offers exposure to high‑quality work and the opportunity to develop strong technical expertise within commercial property law. Matters you may assist or advise on include:

Acquisitions and disposals of all property types Sale and purchase of offices, industrial buildings, and retail spaces Commercial leases Business asset purchases and sales Joint venture agreements Site acquisition and development advice Landlord and tenant matters Leasehold enfranchisement Option agreements Overage and clawback agreements Portfolio management Property finance Residential property investment Acting for buy-to-let landlords who regularly buy and sell investment propertiesCandidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a commercial property/legal support role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters Good attention to detail and a professional approach to client care Strong written and verbal communication skills Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop a career in commercial property lawWhat's on Offer
