An established property consultancy is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Horsforth. This is a hands-on role managing a varied commercial portfolio, offering strong exposure to senior leadership and key decision-making.

The Role:

Full day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and contractor performance
Managing health & safety and statutory compliance
Setting and controlling service charge budgets
Conducting regular site inspections and proactive asset management
Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders
Managing insurance claims and major works
Delivering planned and reactive maintenance programmes
Interpreting and managing commercial leases, ensuring compliance with all lease obligationsAbout You:

Proven commercial property management experience is essential
Strong knowledge of commercial leases and lease interpretation
Experience managing service charges and budgets
Able to manage multiple assets and priorities effectively
Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
