Overview:A leading commercial property firm is seeking a Property Management professional (Surveyor to Associate level) to join their team based in Birmingham. You'll act as the primary point of contact for clients on property-related matters, ensuring optimal asset performance and tenant satisfaction. The successful candidate will focus on operational excellence, ESG integration, and identifying value-enhancing opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly client reportsAttend client meetings and provide updates on property performanceLiaise with internal lease data and finance teams to ensure data accuracyHandle tenant queries regarding rent, service charges, and lease complianceManage landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant applicationsWork closely with facilities and building managers to resolve operational issuesConduct regular property inspectionsSupport sustainability initiatives and ESG best practices across assetsAssist with the onboarding of new property instructionsCandidate Requirements:Experience in commercial property management, preferably in a fast-paced environmentGood understanding of landlord and tenant legislationIdeally MRICS qualified (not essential for the right candidate)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsCommercially minded with proven ability to maintain client relationshipsComfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlinesFamiliarity with property management software (e.g. Voyager) is beneficialProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing toolsWhats on Offer:Competitive salary up to £65,000Car allowancePerformance-based bonusOngoing professional development and trainingCollaborative and inclusive team cultureJBRP1_UKTJ
