Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio in Prime Central London. This role suits a qualified surveyor with strong technical property management experience across mixed-use assets.

Role Overview

The Commercial Property Manager will manage all aspects of property and tenancy management, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to deliver strategic and operational objectives across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Full property and tenancy management across a commercial portfolio
• Direct liaison with tenants, including chairing meetings and handling queries
• Managing legal and works applications, consents and licences
• Service charge budgeting, administration and recovery in line with RICS standards
• Property inspections, planned maintenance and contractor management
• Credit control support and arrears management
• Invoice approval and service charge expenditure control
• Supporting asset management initiatives, acquisitions and disposals
• Handling complaints and ensuring high standards of tenant service

Candidate Profile

• Ideally MRICS qualified, with relevant commercial experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial property management and service charges
• Understanding of mixed-use assets and building construction
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• ESG awareness and a proactive, collaborative approach
