What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, including:

Property acquisitions and disposals Leases, lease renewals, and lease management Development work and property finance Supporting corporate transactions Collaborating with in-house specialists across planning, litigation, construction, and residential departments

What We're Looking For

1+ years PQE in commercial property law Strong client-handling and communication skills A collaborative, proactive mindset Commercial awareness and sound judgement Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines A flexible, can-do approach to solving problems
