This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a varied caseload and contribute to a well-established and collaborative department.The RoleThis is a hands-on and client-facing position, offering exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters. Responsibilities include:Advising on SIPP/SSAS transactionsHandling all aspects of Landlord & Tenant workManaging sales and purchases of commercial propertySupporting development projects and secured lending transactionsDelivering clear, commercially focused legal adviceBuilding strong client relationships and contributing to departmental growthCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:Minimum 5 years' PQE in commercial property lawExperience handling a broad range of property transactionsStrong technical and analytical skillsExcellent client care and communication abilitiesA proactive, solutions-focused approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWorking ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in the Swansea office, with hybrid working options available.
