Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Overtime + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week (flexible working hours, based on completing 9 hours per day)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a team of 25 engineers, working across a varied portfolio including hotels, dental practices, retail, and restaurant environments. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works
* Diagnose and repair faults including leaks, blockages, and general plumbing issues
* Perform tap changes, minor installations, and small mechanical works as required
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company standards
* Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with clients on-site
Requirements
* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
* G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
* Proven experience in commercial plumbing environments (essential)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
