TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in London & Kent. They are looking for experienced Commercial Plumbers to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term Facilities Maintenance contract.

MAIN DUTIES

* Installation of mechanical plumbing and heating components.

* Some HVAC work.

* Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.

* To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.

* Keep the customer up to date with progress and plans.

* Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day.

Pay: £250 per day (CIS).
Van required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

* NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent

* HVAC experience required (preferred)

* Gas tickets (preferred).

* Full current driving licence + van

* No spent or unspent criminal convictions.
