COMMERCIAL PLUMBER COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is a renowned nationwide leader in the facilities management industry. Established in 1994, they have grown significantly and secured multiple blue-chip contracts due to their outstanding reputation. They are currently seeking a qualified Plumber to join their North East Team, working on a range of commercial contracts. JOB DESCRIPTION The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing duties , including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance tasks. The role requires a customer-focused approach, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within safety guidelines. KEY REPSONSIBLITIES The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working within commercial contracts carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on a multiple commercial contracts. Ideally someone with experience with one or more of the following:

Qualified Plumber Multi skill maintenance

Experience in the FM, retail or public building sectors is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
