You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs to plumbing systems across commercial properties, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial plumbing systems. Respond to reactive maintenance calls and diagnose plumbing faults. Repair or replace faulty pipework, valves, pumps, and plumbing fixtures. Carry out servicing of hot and cold-water systems. Identify and resolve leaks, blockages, and pressure issues.
