Successful candidates will receive full training across both Eastbound and Westbound operations, ensuring a well-rounded skill set from day one.
What we’re looking for
Our client is keen to hear from individuals who are:
Essential to be confident speaking on the phone and building relationships with both new and existing clients, as this is a large part of the role
Experienced in transport, logistics, or a similar industry
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Proactive, organised, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
Based out of the office in Felixstowe you will be adding to a productive team
You’ll ideally have at least 2 years’ experience and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with clients and driving results.
