The role has full commercial accountability for revenue retention, growth, customer communication, and overall account experience within this segment.Acting as the primary relationship owner, the CPE manages all customer communication from service-related queries to strategic account discussions ensuring a seamless and professional customer journey.This is a revenue-generating role with direct impact on portfolio performance and customer satisfaction.About youThis role calls for a commercially ambitious individual with excellent communication skills who has a proven track record in account management, retention and growth.You will act as a professional ambassador for the business, being the single commercial point of contact for assigned customers.
