Commercial Operations Manager

We've partnered with a fast-growing organisation who are hiring a commercially driven Commercial Operations Manager to lead revenue growth across the business through the sale and delivery of events, sponsorships and partnerships.
This is a new role with ownership of the full commercial lifecycle - from pitching and closing deals to delivering high-quality, repeatable events and sponsor activations across multiple sites.
The Role Drive revenue through corporate, private and community events, including corporate days, client events, team-building and tournaments Identify, pitch and secure sponsorships and brand partnerships (multi-club and individual club) Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across events and partnerships Create compelling event and sponsorship packages and close commercial agreements Own the delivery of events and sponsor activations, working closely with site teams Ensure events are commercially successful, professionally delivered and repeatable Identify opportunities to maximise secondary revenue linked to events (pricing, memberships, F&B, retail)
