Experienced Commercial Paralegal/ NQ Lawyer (FTC 6+ months)

We’re working with a London-listed investment business that is supporting the global shift to clean energy. Rather than operating physical assets, this company secures royalties and revenue streams from some of the world’s most essential natural resources - powering everything from electric vehicles to renewable energy infrastructure.

This is an opportunity for an experienced commercially-minded paralegal to gain hands-on experience at the heart of a lean and collaborative legal team. You’ll work closely with the General Counsel on a mix of commercial contracts, governance, and cross-border legal matters -in a business that’s shaping the future of sustainable industries.

Requirements:

-Has strong legal training and 3+ years in house experience

-Experience in mining industry-bonus

-Can confidently draft and review commercial contracts

-Communicates clearly and collaborates well with business stakeholders

-Shows attention to detail and a proactive approach

-Available to start in September
