Graduate Programme – Infrastructure & Commercial Management

Our two-year Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience from day one. You’ll be involved in projects that improve connectivity, sustainability, and quality of life, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver practical solutions to complex challenges.


The Role – Commercial Management

Graduates joining the Commercial Management pathway (Quantity Surveying) will:

  • Assist in the commercial oversight of subcontract packages and materials procurement
  • Support project teams with contract administration, cost tracking, and reporting
  • Contribute to risk and opportunity management to protect project budgets and margins
  • Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of infrastructure projects
  • Develop the skills and knowledge to gain professional accreditation (e.g., RICS)


You’ll have the chance to experience client-facing work as your role evolves, collaborating across different teams, sectors, and projects.

About You

  • Recent or upcoming graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Strong academic record (including Maths and English or equivalent)
  • Adaptable and willing to travel to different sites or offices as required
  • Ambitious, proactive, and creative with a focus on delivering value
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Commitment to integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning
