Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Commercial Manager for an initial twelve-month assignment with the option to extend.

Location: Hybrid working - Andover, Wyton or Glasgow

About the role: You will be responsible for facilitating the commercial delivery of the interim contracts to sustain critical FM services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery Commercial Management support, with the following skills and experience within a facilities management category:

Extensive knowledge of both Hard and Soft FM contracts.
Knowledge of Public Sector Regulations (PCR2015, PA2023, UCR2016 etc)
Experience of finalisation of the commercial strategy & contracts.
Experience of mobilisation of the contract. xbpsjku
Experience of drawing together the evaluation strategy and evaluation criteria.
Experience of supporting finance/quantity surveyors in the development of pricing schedules to support the delivery of the requirements both fixed and variable
