This is a broad, hands-on role suited to an experienced commercial professional with a strong background in estimating, quantity surveying, and buying. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will take ownership of the commercial function across both residential and commercial divisions, which have a combined turnover of approximately £7m.
