We are seeking an experienced, strategically minded and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role within the commercial team for our HS2 Track contract.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and management skills, supported by a proven track record in delivering major infrastructure projects.

Location: Euston, London

Here are some of the activities you will be involved with:

* Experienced in administrating NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract

* Management of packages above £100m

* Supporting the Commercial Lead and provide guidance on commercial matters to the wider team

* Developing and implementing accounting and management processes

* Administer risk and opportunity management processes, ensuring commercial entitlement is maximised

* Support the development and implementation of contract review and monthly reporting processes

* Lead and participate in discussions and negotiations with our commercial and project management teams

* Govern and evidence KPI achievement

* Prepare monthly cost, forecast, and contract budget reports

* Maintain effective, accurate cost control

* Identify and provide appropriate, timely information to support change control process.

* Support our procurement team through tenders including producing subcontract documentation

* Manage subcontracts from initial placement of order to final account

* Maintain registers of variations, delay, extension times and claims
