We’re growing our Rail team in York and seeking a detail-driven Commercial Manager with strong commercial reporting experience to support the delivery of major rail infrastructure projects.

Your Role Will Include:

* Managing commercial delivery across key rail projects

* Leading financial reporting, cost control, and forecasting

* Producing accurate, timely commercial reports for internal and client use

* Supporting procurement and subcontractor performance

* Navigating NEC and rail-specific contract frameworks

* Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in rail infrastructure

* Strong skills in commercial reporting and financial analysis

* Solid understanding of NEC contracts and commercial frameworks

* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with leadership capability
