Brief Overview of Role
*
Key advisor to the Commercial Director on all project commercial and/or contractual matters.
*
Provide advice to the Project Management team on the day-to-day commercial risks and associated issues that arise during the cycle of the project.
*
Negotiate with stakeholders on new Contracts and amendments to Contracts to ensure equitable and balanced business relationships can be formed without undue risk to the Company.
*
Maximise company entitlement with respect to profitability and/or revenue and mitigate and minimise expenditure.
*
Maintain a strong cash flow into the business by tracking and monitoring application, certification and invoices.
*
Ensure compliance with Company commercial and/or contracts policies and or procedures.
Key Requirements
*
Degree Qualified or Qualified by Extensive Experience.
*
BSc Hons Quantity Surveying
*
Relevant professional accreditation (desirable)
Salary: £80k-£95k + Car allowance
5 day week/9 day fortnight
