Commercial Manager – Civils London & South East 💰 Up to £90,000 + full benefits package We’re looking for a commercially focused professional to lead on civils projects across the South East. This is a senior post overseeing high-value infrastructure, groundworks, remediation and enabling works — often under NEC contracts, often under pressure. You’ll be accountable for the full commercial lifecycle: working closely with operational teams, leading from tender to final account, and protecting margin and risk with precision. It’s a delivery-focused environment that rewards clarity, consistency, and the ability to steer complex programmes without drama.
