Commercial Manager – RC Frame/Gwks/Demo Projects – Central London - £120k
The company
* This company is a highly regarded and respected specialist civils subcontractor that cover RC Frame/Groundworks and Demolition Projects. They are based in Central London and have a current turnover of £110m and work on complex schemes up to £30m.
The Role
* This client require senior commercial expertise to join to them. You will report into the Commercial Director and have the option to manage a number of surveyors or just manage schemes. You must have experience on complex subcontract packages.
The Requirements
* You must be degree qualified and must have at least 8 years Commercial experience with an RC Frame/Groudworks or Demolition Contractor.
