The role will involve:

Managing the commercial function across RC Frame and Groundworks projects from tender stage through to final account.
*
Leading, supporting and developing a team of quantity surveyors.
*
Putting commercial strategies in place to control costs and maximise returns.
*
Working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
*
Producing regular financial reports and updates for senior management.
Experience:
*
Previous experience in a Commercial Manager role within RC Frame and Groundworks.
*
Strong commercial and financial understanding, including cost control and forecasting.
*
Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
*
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
*
A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
