Role Overview To manage the day-to-day commercial and procurement operations of the stadium construction project, ensuring effective cost control, contract administration and risk management. The Commercial Manager/Director supports the Project Director by delivering accurate commercial reporting, managing subcontractor tenders, subcontractor contracts, accounts, and protecting the projects financial performance. Core Responsibilities Manage commercial and procurement activities across allocated work packages and oversee preparation of Tender Packages, including finalization of trade contracts both in commercial and financial terms.
