We are working with a top tier Northern Irish law firm based in Belfast for an experienced Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a dynamic Commercial Litigation team, advising on a range of matters including IP, technology, media and technology disputes. The successful candidate will join one of Northern Ireland’s most esteemed Media and Technology Disputes teams and will work across a range of sectors including technology, media, entertainment & life sciences.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years’ PQE;
• Strong background in commercial litigation law, with experience in contentious data protection and media disputes; .
• Strong academic background ;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Experience with building client relationships and keen interest in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
