The firm specialises in complex commercial litigation, including insolvency, employment disputes, judicial reviews, and shipping matters. Responsibilities:

  • Handle commercial civil litigation matters, including insolvency and employment disputes.
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and skeleton arguments.
  • Support senior counsel in court proceedings and case preparation.
  • Engage in judicial reviews and shipping litigation as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on complex cases.


Requirements:

  • English-qualified barrister or solicitor (solicitor advocate preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial civil litigation.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure rules.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to relocate and complete Gibraltar-specific legal training within the first year.
