About the role of Commercial Lead As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the commercial no 1 on a £100m university cut & carve refurbishment project under JCT contract. The project is due to win awards and run for approx. 2 years. They currently have their strongest PD and DM active on this project. You will be joining one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 5 years. They offer personalised career paths in order to support your own career goals. It is a full-time site based position. Key Requirements for Commercial Lead: The company are looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. You will be highly motivated and ambitious as there is opportunity to progress your career with the team.
