What you will do
This individual will work directly with the wider EMEA Management group and the wider functional business teams, using business/market data to evaluate and drive regional improvements, prioritizing and coordinating key projects/initiatives to drive sales growth.
How you will do it
Working with the teams, map and analyses our positioning in specific markets, building an approach that allows understanding of our performance, and identifies opportunities, white space, and areas of focus.
Working with the functions to resolve challenges and bottlenecks within the organization and helping support an approach to resolve/mitigate.
Develop and expand on the existing business tools, enabling better visibility of performance, and individual’s achievement against targets, improving accountability and ownership within the teams.
Working with Territory and Product Sales to prioritize major improvement projects within the region, helping support, coordinate, and manage project teams to execute.
Be a major stakeholder in the management of initiatives within the regions, supporting all aspects, ideation, objectives, actions & milestones, and output.
Help support and influence budget planning and target setting for the teams, working with sales excellence and finance to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Work with the Product Sales Directors and Sales Excellence to ensure alignment in our approach to initiatives, pricing, forecasting, NPI delivery and continuity.
Expected to continually challenge the teams and management to constantly improve and evolve, supporting a platform for continual growth and business improvement.
Continually re-enforcing the high performing culture ethos, demanding accountability and ownership from teams, resulting in the expected delivery output to all actions undertaken.
Using the tools and systems within the business, develop an approach to data analysis, helping the business identify, evaluate, and understand potential opportunities for improvement.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Strategy.
Minimum of 10 years of broad business and management experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with PowerBI.
Individual PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel. Willingness to travel (30%).
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
