You have Provenexperienceof handling your own workload andproviding sound independent legal advice. Confidence in identifying commercial risks and negotiatecommercial contractsindependently. Proven experience of supervising or mentoring members of a team, supporting other team members to make decisions. A law degree or are a solicitor or barrister, or equivalentwith experience in commercialand/or public sector legal work. Soundknowledge ofcommercial contract andprocurement law. Knowledge and experience of Information Technology contracts could also be beneficial. You have strong communication skills and build trusted relationships.
