Insurance Broker

OA are recruiting for an Insurance Broker to join our client’s growing team.

This role involves managing an existing portfolio of construction clients while developing and converting new business opportunities.

Location: Barnet Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Office based.

Salary:

Entry / Developing Broker (limited experience): £25,000–£30,000 basic | £28,000–£35,000 OTE Experienced Broker (2+ years): Circa £35,000 basic | £40,000+ OTE Senior Broker (3+ years): Circa £40,000 basic | £45,000–£50,000 OTE (Salary dependent on experience, skills, and contribution)
