  • Client relationship management.
  • Policy management.
  • Risk assessment and analysis.
  • Policy compliance & Reporting.
  • Business development.
  • Insurance knowledge and training.
  • Customer service excellence & quality assurance.


Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in a similar commercial account handler / insurance position.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working as a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Insurance Software (Acturis used) & MS Office Suite.


Desirable: Experience of commercial combined / and or property insurance.
