Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Preston Area (covering Manchester and surrounding areas) Salary: £45,000 per annum overtime & benefits Contract Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established facilities management team, working on prison service contracts across the Preston and Manchester regions.

Key Responsibilities: Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas and oil-fired heating & ventilation systems.

Ensure all work is carried out to current regulations and safety standards.

Use CAFM systems to manage and record maintenance tasks.

Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.

Travel between sites as required (company van provided).

Requirements: In-date Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (essential).

Experience working within prison environments (must hold or be able to obtain CTC clearance).

Strong knowledge of M&E systems.

OFTEC qualification advantageous.

Full UK driving licence.

Package & Benefits: £45,000 per annum (DOE) Lucrative overtime opportunities.
