Commercial Gas Engineer North London £50,000 - £55,000 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial buildings across North London. This is a mobile role covering planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and installation works across a variety of commercial sites. You'll be joining a well-established engineering team, offering a stable workload, consistent hours, and clear long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on commercial gas, heating, and HVAC systems Diagnose and repair faults on commercial heating and combustion equipment Undertake general building services duties including plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and minor fabric works Complete installations, system upgrades, and both major and minor repair works Participate in an on-call rota (approximately 1 in 10) Ensure all works are completed in line with current legislation, safety standards, and industry best practice
Essential Experience: Strong experience working on commercial gas, heating, combustion, and HVAC systems Proven background in fault finding, PPM, reactive maintenance, and installation work Experience within commercial FM or building services environments Commerc...
