Commercial Gas Engineer\n Location: Mobile- South Coast\n Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm\n \nSalary: up to £55,000 + Callout & Bonus\n\n We’re recruiting for a national building services provider seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their mobile maintenance team. This is a varied role covering a mix of commercial properties, offering autonomy, stability and a strong benefits package.\n \nKey Duties & Responsibilities:\nCarry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on commercial heating systems\nRespond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns\nDiagnose and repair faults on boilers, burners, heating systems and associated plant\nComplete gas safety checks, testing and certification\nSupport with general building services tasks such as basic plumbing, AHUs, pumps, and mechanical maintenance\nEnsure all work is delivered safely and in line with regulations\nMaintain accurate paperwork, job reports and compliance documentation\nManage and prioritise your own workload across multiple sites\nProvide excellent customer service and build strong on-site relationshipsPackage & Benefits:\nUp to 55k basic salary\nCall out 1 in 6\nCompany van & fuel card\nExpenses card Requirements:\nFull commercial gas qualifications (COCN1/COCNA1/CCN1 + modules)\nProven experience within commercial maintenance\nStrong fault-finding skills\nFull UK driving licence\nComfortable working independentlyIf the role is of interest please send your CV in the first instance
