Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a leading Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering the Somerset region, working on a mixture of commercial contracts including offices, gyms, schools, leisure centres, universities and various others. There is no residential or social housing work, strictly commercial.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally live in the Somerset region but applications from all local areas are welcome.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience, with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday

8:00 am to 17:00 pm

Salary up to £45,000

Van & Fuel card

Travel paid after 30 minutes each way

Key Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties

Reactive maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties

Self-delivery of smaller installations

Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.

Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment

Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.

Reactive and planned commercial maintenance

Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship

Requirements

Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1)

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas)

Client facing

Full driving license
