Job Description
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Commercial/Domestic Gas Engineer based in Birmingham and surrounding areas is required by our very successful FM Business this is a mobile role covering a number of sites across Kent and surrounding areas you will be expected to provide outstanding pre-planned preventative and reactive solutions to a wide range of commercial clients.\nResponsibilities include, servicing and repairs of Forced draught burners, natural draught flued appliances and room sealed appliances.\nQualifications require:\n * CCN1 COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, & TPCP1\n * Commercial Gas qualification Essential\n * FGAS Desired but not essential\nDomestic gas Qualifications are desirable but not essential\nPrevious experience in a commercial environment would be an advantage.\nThe successful candidates must be a self starter and proactive in their approach to works always offering the best possible service to the client and presenting the company in the highest possible light.\nThe successful candidate well be expected to be part of a call out rota attending sites for emergency reactive works.\nDesirably able to demonstrate knowledge in the following:\n * Basic plumbing knowledge\n * Basic Electrics\n * Air Conditioning experience\n * Unvented systems desirable ( but not essential )\n * Health & Safety awareness\nPackage:\n * Company Van\n * Fuel card\n * Mobile phone\n * Uniform\n * PPE\n * Call out rota £100 standby ( ratio TBC )\n * We pay door to door\n * 25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays\n * salary scale as stated depending on experience to be discussed at interview.\nIf you think this position is for you then please email your CV with a covering letter or call Lorraine
