The Role
You’ll take ownership of the FP&A agenda, acting as a key business partner to senior stakeholders and helping shape strategic outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning
Building and owning complex business cases and investment appraisals
Providing insight on performance, risks and opportunities
Supporting strategic initiatives, M&A and capital allocation decisions
Developing dashboards, KPIs and board‑level reporting
Challenging and influencing non‑finance stakeholders with confidence
The Person
We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, analytically strong and comfortable operating in a high‑growth environment.
You’ll likely have:
Strong FP&A experience within a dynamic or scaling business
Proven experience with business cases and investment analysis
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, hands‑on mindset with the confidence to challenge
