Job Description
Commercial Finance ManagerLocation: NottinghamSalary: £65,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (office-based, 5 days)
The OpportunityA growing eCommerce business in Nottingham is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support commercial decision-making. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across the business, ideal for someone keen to influence performance and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial reporting, including month-end, year-end, and statutory compliance
Provide analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow
Implement and improve financial controls and processes
Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor business performance
Support and guide junior team members
About You
ACCA or CIMA qualified
Strong technical and analytical finance skills
Experience within an SME or commercial environment
Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
Able to work independently and take ownership
