I am currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing Fire and Security system company. for a qualified and experienced Commercial Electrician to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, company van, tools, and great benefits.

The role will primarily involve carrying out EICRs and PAT testing in public buildings but may also include a variety of electrical installations and maintenance tasks across both domestic and commercial environments including schools, offices, retail, and light industrial sites. Some travel and occasional overnight stays will be required (fully expensed by the company).

Key Responsibilities

Complete EICRs, Minor Works, and Installation Certificates Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) Conduct inspection and testing to the latest BS 7671 Wiring Regulations Diagnose and rectify electrical faults Install and maintain electrical systems including lighting, power, and heating Ensure work is compliant with safety and building regulations Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and trades on site Keep accurate records of all work, materials, and time Follow all company Health & Safety procedures
