The Role: The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including:

Commercial and property litigation Breach of contract claims Shareholder and director disputes Contentious probate Asset and debt recovery Alternative dispute resolution

They will work with a diverse client base ranging from individuals and SMEs to larger corporates, providing strategic advice and guiding clients through complex, high-stakes disputes. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in mediations and court proceedings. Requirements: Our client is interested in speaking with confident, capable litigators with a commercial mindset and a passion for problem-solving. Candidates should have:

2-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills Excellent communication skills A genuine interest in business development
