Where will you be working?  

At BGEN we help our clients in building new assets and to optimise existing assets, which play a crucial role in reducing carbon footprints to meet net-zero targets. We are skilled at navigating complex regulated environments and are the powerhouse technical engineering and digital solutions offering in the UK market.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.  

Reporting to the Business Commercial Director, this is an important leadership role and a critical part of the BGEN leadership team, managing commercial performance across this growing area. The Commercial Director will be the Infrastructure SBU commercial conscience and ensure that targeted margin is achieved, cash is collected promptly and risks are appropriately managed. They will work closely with the business leadership team and the contract teams to identify and realise opportunities to reduce costs and maximise revenue. They will produce financial and commercial reports, work closely with client representatives and be involved in tender assessments.
