Commercial Director/Managing Director A basic salary of Circa £120'000 Vehicle Performance related bonus Executive benefits Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the strategic vision. - Lead and inspire the senior management team. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Oversee financial performance and drive business development. - Ensure smooth operations of the convention centre. - Cultivate and maintain key relationships with international event organisers. - Act as the public face in promotional activities. - Provide updates to the Board and ensure compliance with governance and regulations. Person Specification: Essential Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles with a background in sales and marketing. - Proven track record in managing large-scale events or venues. - Experience in financial management and profit driving. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in international business development.
