A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Legal 500 Firm, who have multiple offices around Merseyside. They are looking too add a Conveyancer with Commercial experience to one of their teams in Liverpool.

\nThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE dealing with Commercial & Residential property matters. You will need to have proven experience handling a varied caseload, including property transactions, leases and disputes. Ideally, you will also have good knowledge of property law and keep up-to-date with new legal developments and industry trends.

\nYou will be handling a range of Commercial matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, tenant and landlord disputes. You will also be creating and negotiating leases, tenancy agreements and other property-related documents. Also, you will be ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations affecting property transactions.
