Exciting new position for a Commercial Contracts Manager for a public sector body in Buckinghamshire.

The Commercial Contracts Manager role requires someone who is commercial astute, data driven, and is required to manage all external contracts and supply chains across the business, ensuring all contracts adhere to contractual performance and quality of service.
Commercial Contracts Manager duties: Oversee all procurement, mobilisation, and contract management to deliver efficient and effective outcomes Ensure all our suppliers are performing in accordance with contractual requirements Tracking and analysing business performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic goals Set KPIs, monitor progress and implement corrective actions
