Are you an experienced commercial contract lawyer seeking a flexible, part-time role with an in-house legal team? We’re currently partnering with a well known business based in Glasgow that is looking for a skilled Contract Lawyer to support their UK Legal Counsel on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with a strong foundation in UK contract law to step into a key advisory position, helping shape commercial decisions and mitigate risk across a broad range of agreements.

The Role: As part of a small but busy in-house legal team, your responsibilities will include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts (including service agreements and employment-related contracts). Ensuring all agreements align with current legislation and regulatory requirements, including data protection and employment law.
