Commercial Capability Manager (Europe) London £80,000 - £90,000 + benefits Global Logistics, Distribution & E-Commerce
Loom Talent are partnering exclusively with a global logistics and e-commerce organisation to recruit a Commercial Capability Manager (Europe). This is a newly created, specialist role responsible for building commercial capability across their European Retail Training Academy - working with procurement, category managers, merchandising and commercial teams to enhance retail and e-commerce expertise across the region.
It's ideal for someone with deep commercial retail/e-commerce experience who also enjoys designing and delivering training that genuinely shifts performance.
The Commercial Capability Manager (Europe) Role:
Designing, delivering and evaluating high-impact training programmes across, supply chain, merchandising and commercial retail strategy Developing a comprehensive commercial capability strategy for the European Retail Training Academy Partnering with internal stakeholders across procurement, category management, merchandising and retail teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions Keeping ahead of industry trends and ensuring all programmes stay relevant within a fast-moving e-commerce and retail environment Measuring programme effectiveness and using data to drive continuous improvement Collaborating with senior stakeholders to build a strong commercial learning culture across Europe
What they're looking for
Strong commercial background from retail or e-commerce - such as merchandising, category management, supply chain, retail or commercial strategy Experience designing or delivering training programmes, or a commercial professional who has delivered training as part of their role and wants to step into a dedicated capability position Excellent understanding of e-commerce retail operations and the challenges/opportunities in the sector Solid project management capability with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
