Commercial Capability Development Lead- 6 month contractor Location: Hammersmith Office (Travel will be required to Field Force meetings) This job description provides an overview of the key responsibilities, critical projects and requirements for the role but is not exhaustive. Purpose of the Role This role is pivotal in executing key projects within the capability agenda for our commercial FF organisation. Acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into a robust learning journey that closes skill gaps, drives behavioral change, and delivers measurable impact.
You bring deep expertise in learning design and adult development principles, combined with strong coaching skills and the ability to influence at senior levels. You understand the 70-20-10 framework and apply it creatively to embed learning in the flow of work. You are passionate about building a high-performance culture and can demonstrate ROI through data-driven insights.
Key Accountabilities/Projects 1. Field Force Acceleration Programme (Commercial) - Build & Execute Own the end-to-end delivery of the Field Force Acceleration Programme and translate business priorities into practical, field-ready learning interventions.
