Commercial Analyst

Central Manchester – Hybrid

Salary: Up to £55,000

Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a market leading service based business as we look to appoint a commercial analyst on a permanent, full time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s commercially minded, analytically strong, and eager to influence real business decision-making.

About the Role

Sitting at the centre of the business, this role works closely with key internal teams including Sales and Marketing. You’ll turn data into insight, support commercial decision-making, and help shape performance across pricing, planning, and wider strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Support performance analysis across core commercial functions Build financial models and evaluate trends to guide strategy Provide insight that shapes pricing decisions, planning cycles, and commercial performance Partner with Sales, Marketing and other internal teams to influence key business decisions Present clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and challenge data Commercially minded with a solid understanding of how businesses operate and grow Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Experience in a commercial, finance, or data-focused role (sector background flexible) Experience with CRM systems example – HubSpot / Dynamics / Xero Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment For more information or to apply for this position please contact Charlotte at Axon Moore on
