Operating at the intersection of retail, distribution, and digital growth, we focus on driving profitable performance through smart commercial strategy, pricing excellence, and best-in-class execution.The RoleWere looking for a highly commercial Commercial Account Manager eCommerce (FMCG) to support and grow key FMCG partnerships across online marketplaces.This is a commercially driven role with real influence, sitting at the intersection of brand and retailer. Youll play a key role in shaping pricing, promotions and trading strategy, while building strong, long-term supplier relationships.Ideal for someone currently in an FMCG commercial or account role who wants greater ownership, faster progression, and exposure to real decision-making.Key Responsibilities Drive commercial performance across Amazon, eBay and other marketplacesAnalyse sales, pricing, margin and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesBuild and execute pricing and promotional strategies to maximise revenue and profitabilitySupport and contribute to supplier negotiations around pricing, funding and promotional investmentDevelop long-term, commercially valuable relationships with FMCG partnersIdentify opportunities to improve conversion, competitiveness and marginProduce clear, insight-led commercial reporting to inform decision-makingCollaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing teamsWhat Were Looking ForEssential: Proven experience in an FMCG commercial, category or account roleExperience as a National Account Executive, Commercial Executive or similarStrong understanding of pricing, promotions, and margin managementProven analytical skills with strong Excel capability (pivot tables, basic modelling)Confident communicator with the ability to influence external partnersDesirable: Exposure to Amazon, eBay or other eCommerce channelsExperience supporting retail or online accountsBackground in grocery, drinks or household FMCGPersonal Attributes Highly commercial mindset with strong negotiation instinctsStrong relationship builder with a long-term partnership approachProactive, driven and comfortable taking ownershipResilient and thrives in a fast-paced, trading-led environmentHigh attention to detail with a results-focused attitudeWhy Join Buy It Direct Work directly with major FMCG brands in a commercially impactful roleReal ownership and influence from day oneClear pathway to National Account ManagerFast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong growth REF-227 902JBRP1_UKTJ
